THZ3 & TDZ3 Smart HART Temperature Transmitters

Moore Industries’ Dual Input Smart HART® Temperature Transmitters configure quickly and easily to accept a direct signal input from a wide array of sensors and analog devices located in hazardous and non-hazardous areas, including 14 RTD types. 9 thermocouple types, resistance and potentiometer devices, and direct millivolt sources. These 2-wire (loop-powered) transmitters provide an isolated and linear 4-20mA output proportional to the input. This signal is ready for direct interface with HART or non-HART based BPCS, PLC and other monitoring and host systems.

STZ Functional Safety HART Temperature Transmitter

The SIL 2/3 capable, STZ Functional Safety Smart HART® temperature transmitter is designed for your SIS (Safety Instrumented System). It configures quickly and easily to accept a single or dual input from a wide array of sensors and analog devices located in hazardous and nonhazardous areas. Features of the STZ include device intelligence for sensor drift and corrosion detection, HART access control to prevent unauthorized or accidental reconfiguration, and input-to-output analog accuracy of up to ±0.014°C (±0.025°F) and more.

TMZ PC-Programmable MODBUS Temperature Transmitter and Signal Converter

The TMZ PC-Programmable MODBUS Temperature Transmitter and Signal Converter accepts single or dual inputs that can be configured for Current and Voltage, or for RTD, Thermocouple, mV, Potentiometer and Resistance. The TMZ converts the inputs to the standard MODBUS RTU communication protocol ready for direct interface with MODBUS-based monitoring and control systems.

The WORM Flexible RTD and Thermocouple Sensors

The WORM® Flexible Sensor Kits are field-cuttable and work in both new and retrofit applications, replacing restrictive straight sensor probes allowing you to stock one sensor for multiple thermowell lengths and configurations. The WORM bends right through the top or face of the enclosure. It slides through the enclosure’s conduit port, and into (or out of) the thermowell without having to remove the enclosure or any assembly components. Available individually or in a 10-pack Can of WORMs.
