Cut Costs, Prevent Shutdowns, and Warn of Faults with HART Gateways, Monitors, and Interfaces
HES HART to Ethernet Gateway System
The HES HART to Ethernet Gateway System converts signals from wired HART devices to Ethernet MODBUS/TCP and HART-IP. The HES offers a flexible and economical way to gather process data and instrument diagnostics from just one smart HART device, or several in HART digital multidrop networks, and share it over an Ethernet infrastructure with MODBUS/TCP or HART-IP hosts. This enables fast and seamless connectivity for the advanced monitoring of critical process variables and parameters.

HCS HART Concentrator System HART-to-MODBUS RTU Converter
The HCS HART Concentrator System converts a HART digital signal to a serial (RS-485 or RS-232) MODBUS RTU communication protocol. This allows HART transmitters and valves to interface directly with MODBUS-based monitoring and control systems. The HCS operates in both Point-to-Point and Digital Multidrop HART networks. In Point-to-Point mode, it monitors a single device, converting all HART data to MODBUS RTU. In Digital Multidrop mode, the HCS can monitor up to 16 HART devices on the same wires, transmitting process and diagnostic data from any or all devices to a MODBUS host using just one MODBUS address and communication link.

HIM Smart HART Loop Interface and Monitor
The HIM HART Loop Interface and Monitor unlocks the full potential of new and in-place smart HART multivariable transmitters and valves. It converts HART signals to 4-20mA, allowing up to three additional analog process variable measurements from a smart device without requiring extra process penetrations or wiring. This capability lets you continue using trusted (and paid for) smart HART transmitters and valves while still benefiting from the comprehensive information they provide. The HIM is compatible with every smart HART device, and with a simple PC program, it can be quickly configured to interface with all HART-compatible monitoring and control devices, including multivariable mass flow transmitters, dual-sensor temperature transmitters, pressure transmitters, Coriolis, magnetic, ultrasonic, and vortex flow meters, pH transmitters, radar and hydrostatic level transmitters, as well as valve positioners and damper operators.
